摘要
目的:了解甲醇的生产、应用与对人体的危害,精确测定中成药复方制剂中的甲醇含量。方法:拟用气相色谱法内标法测定复方制剂中甲醇含量。结果:通过多次实验,建立完整的气相色谱检测条件。
Objective:to understand the production,application and harm to human body of methanol,and to accurately determine the content of methanol in the compound preparation of Chinese patent medicine.Methods:the content of methanol in compound preparation was determined by gas chromatography with the internal standard method.Results:through many experiments,the complete detection conditions of gas chromatography were established.
