摘要
建筑业是我国经济发展中的重要产业之一,建筑业为我国经济健康稳定发展注入了强大的动力。新时期我国的建筑业进入了一个崭新的阶段,大量的新材料、新技术、新工艺的应用不仅有效的提高了建筑施工的效率、降低了建筑施工成本,同时使得建筑的可靠性与稳定性大为提高。BIM技术是一种应用于建筑施工管理中的重要技术,BIM技术的应用将建筑施工各方有机的联系在了一起,对建筑工程施工有着巨大的保障作用。随着计算机技术的进一步发展BIM技术将获得更加强大的性能,其对于建筑施工管理将能够起到更大、更重要的作用。文章在分析BIM技术特点的基础上就BIM技术在工程管理中的应用及应用中的优化策略进行了分析阐述。
The construction industry is one of the important industries in the economic development of our country.The construction industry has injected the strong motive force for the healthy and stable development of our country's economy.In the new period,the construction industry of our country has entered a brand-new stage.A large number of new materials,new technology,the application of new technology not only effectively improve the efficiency of construction and reduce construction costs,but also greatly improve the reliability and stability of the building.BIM technology is an important technology used in building construction management,the application of BIM technology will be an organic link between the parties to the building construction,and the construction of the building has a huge role in the protection.With the further development of computer technology,BIM technology will get more powerful performance and will be able to play a greater and more important role in construction management.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of BIM technology,the application and optimization strategy of BIM technology in engineering management are analyzed and expounded in this paper.
