基于P-变论域模糊自适应PID的婴儿辐射保暖台温控系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 在模糊PID算法的基础上提出了一种多模态P-变论域模糊自适应PID算法,即P-VFPID(Proportion-Variable Fuzzy PID).首先采用阶跃响应法及Matlab系统辨识工具箱建立婴儿辐射保暖台床面的传递函数模型;其次利用偏差分级方法对专家经验确定的区间进行改进,分别得到输入输出伸缩因子的3个偏差区间,结合模糊算法和比例控制(P控制)构成了P-VFPID;最后运用Matlab进行仿真.结果表明,相较于普通PID算法和VFPID, P-VFPID具有调节时间短、超调量几乎为零、无稳态误差、抗干扰能力强等特点,应对婴儿辐射保暖台温控系统具有较好的自适应能力. The multi-modal proportion-variable fuzzy adaptive PID(P-VFPID)algorithm is proposed in this paper based on fuzzy PID.First of all,the step response method and Matlab system identification toolbox are used to obtain the transfer function model of the radiant thermal insulation bed.Secondly,the interval determined by the expert experience is improved based on the deviation grading method,and the three error intervals of the input and output scaling factors are obtained respectively.The P-VFPID is formed by combining the fuzzy algorithm and the proportional control.Finally,Matlab is used to conduct simulation.The results show that the P-VFPID has features of short adjustment time,almost zero overshoot,no steady-state error,strong anti-interference ability compared with the ordinary PID algorithm and the VFPID.It also has a good adaptive ability to cope with the temperature control system requirement of infant radiant warmer.
