摘要
总结Ba-Gd(Y)-O三元体系荧光材料的组成结构及发光机理,简要概述高温固相法、自蔓延合成法、沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热法以及气相法等在制备Ba-Gd(Y)-O体系荧光材料中的应用,分析各自在制备基质化合物过程中的优、缺点以及对荧光材料应用性能的影响,为研究更高性能的新型稀土荧光材料提出明确方向。
The structure and luminescence mechanism of fluorescent materials in Ba-Gd(Y)-O system were summarized.The different methods,such as high temperature solid state,self-propagating synthesis,precipitation,sol-gel,hydrothermal method and gas phase method,used in the preparation of fluorescent materials in Ba-Gd(Y)-O system were briefly introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method in preparing process of the basic compound and influences on the application performance of fluorescent materials were discussed,which provided a clear direction for the research of new fluorescent materials with better performance in the future.
