摘要
综述超高温陶瓷基复合材料的研究体系,制备技术,材料力学、抗氧化、抗烧蚀性能等方面的研究进展,重点关注碳化物、硼化物陶瓷基复合材料以及连续纤维增韧陶瓷基复合材料体系,简述烧结致密化制备工艺和连续纤维增韧陶瓷基复合材料的制备方法,重点解释碳纤维(Cf)在微观结构层面对于ZrB_2-SiC复合材料力学性能的影响,着重分析ZrC-SiC和ZrB_2-SiC复合材料的高温抗氧化和抗烧蚀性能,对超高温陶瓷基复合材料面临的挑战和发展前景进行了展望。
The research progress of the masterial system,preparing technology,mechanical properties,oxidation resistance and ablation resistance of ultra-high temperature ceramic matrix composites was reviewed,which focused on the carbide,boride ceramic matrix composites and continuous fiber toughened ceramic matrix composites.The sintering densification process and the preparation of continuous fiber toughened ceramic matrix composites were briefly described.The influence of carbon fiber(Cf)on the mechanical properties of ZrB2-SiC composites was described at the microstructure level,and the high temperature oxidation resistance and ablation resistance of ZrC-SiC and ZrB2-SiC composites were mainly analyzed.The challenges and development prospects on the ultra-high temperature ceramic matrix composites were suggested.
