摘要
采用酸、碱性硅溶胶分别浸渍处理杨木,并测试未改性和改性材的微观结构、弯曲性能以及热降解性能。结果显示:硅溶胶可有效渗入并填充在改性木材的孔隙结构中;酸性硅溶胶改性材的抗弯性能增加,碱性硅溶胶改性材仅MOR增加,MOE则基本不变;改性材热降解残重增加,炭化温度降低,表观活化能提高,起到了阻燃效果。
Acidic and alkaline silica sols were used to impregnate wood samples.Then the wood sample's microstructure was observed using an SEM.Bending properties and thermal degradation properties of the wood samples were also tested.The results showed that silica sols could effectively permeate and fill into the sample's pore structure.Bending properties of the samples modified with acidic silica sols,increased more than those modified with alkaline silica sols.Thermal degradation residual weights increased with decreased carbonization temperature and increased apparent activation energy,which exhibited improved flame retardance.
