摘要 通航机场选址关系通航机场建设,更影响通用航空的生存与发展.从通用航空特点出发,遵循科学规律及行业规范,构建通用航空机场选址评价指标体系.借助专家意见,确定了基于犹豫模糊数的属性权重,针对犹豫模糊数与精确数值相混合的评价矩阵,提出了一种基于犹豫模糊的灰关联评价模型,并应用到通航机场选址方案择优评价中,算例及MATLAB编程实现表明了该方法的有效性. The location of general aviation airport is related to the construction of the airport,which affects the survival and development of general aviation.Starting from the characteristics of general aviation,an evaluation index system for site selection of general aviation airports has been proposed.The attribute weights are determined by experts using hesitation fuzzy number elements.An evaluation matrix is generated by the hesitation fuzzy number elements and the exact values.A grey relation evaluation model based on the generated evaluation matrix is proposed.The proposed method is applied to an evaluation of aviation airport selection problem.The application and the realization of MATLAB programming show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
