摘要
研究生的创新能力是衡量研究生教育质量的重要标志,创新能力的培养是提高研究生教育水平的核心内容.文章明确了创新能力的内涵以及数学与创新能力的关系;分析了目前研究生公共数学教育的现状,指出课程设置、课程内容及评价体系等方面存在的不足;系统论述了通过优化课程设置、调整教学内容、改进教学方法、推进多样化评价指标和健全授课教师责权机制等改革措施,强化研究生创新意识和创新能力的培养.
The innovation ability of graduate students is an important symbol to measure the quality of education.The cultivation of innovation ability is the core content of improving education level of postgraduates.Firstly,the definition of innovation ability is determined and the relationship between mathematics and innovation ability is given.Then,this paper analyzes the current situation of mathematical education in graduate students,points out some deficiencies in education system such as curriculum setting,curriculum teaching and evaluation system.Particularly,the importance of graduate innovation ability training is emphasized.Finally,this paper suggests that the graduate student’s innovative consciousness and innovative ability can be trained by six facts,that is,optimizing the curriculum,adjusting the content,improving teaching methods,increasing mathematical application in the real world,promoting diversification in liability mechanism and perfecting the teacher evaluation indexes.
