河北省大学生双创政策及其实施效果分析

Study on Policy for College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Hebei Province and Its Implementation Effect

河北省扶持大学生双创的现有政策体系主要包括:实行创新创业学分制和弹性学制、加强平台建设、多渠道资金投入三个方面。通过对现行政策体系的实施效果进行分析认为,河北省将大学生双创摆在突出位置,以政府推进为抓手,以产教融合、校企合作为路径,以强化"双师型"队伍建设、实践基地建设、实践导向课程体系建设、评价机制改革为保障重点发力,对推动大学生双创能力的明显提升起到了十分重要的作用。

The existing policy system of supporting college students"innovation and entrepreneur-ship in Hebei province,which mainly includes implementing the credit system and the flexible educational eystem,strengthening the platform construction and multi-channel capital investment for college students"innovation and entrepreneurship.Through analyzing the implementation effect of the current policy system,it is belived that the current policy system has played a positive role in promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in Hebei province,taking the government promotion as the starting point,taking the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation as the path,and strenthening the construction of dual qualified teachers,the construction practice base and the construction of practice-oriented curriculum system,and the reform of evaluation mechanism.These measures have played a very important role in promoting college students"ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
