乳腺癌患者自我感受负担与生活质量的相关性研究

Correlation between self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with breast cancer

目的分析乳腺癌患者自我感受负担和生活质量情况,并探讨二者间的相关性。方法选择80例乳腺癌患者为研究对象。采用基线资料调查表、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)和乳腺癌患者生活质量测定量表(FACT-B)对患者进行问卷调查,评价乳腺癌患者自我感受负担和生活质量的评分,采用Pearson相关分析法分析二者的相关性。结果不同文化程度、个人收入状况、家庭收入状况、治疗方式和医疗费用支付方式的乳腺癌患者的SPBS量表评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。不同婚姻状况、职业状况、文化程度、个人收入状况、家庭收入状况、治疗方式、医疗费用支付方式和照顾者的乳腺癌患者的FACT-B量表评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,乳腺癌患者的FACT-B量表评分与SPBS量表评分呈负相关(r=-0.732,P﹤0.05)。结论不同文化程度、个人收入状况、家庭收入状况、医疗费用支付方式和治疗方式的乳腺癌患者自我感受负担和生活质量有差异;患者自我感受负担和生活质量呈负相关,自我感受负担越重,生活质量越差;反之,生活质量越好。

Objective To investigate influence factors of the self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with breast cancer and to analyze the correlation between them.Method 80 patients with breast cancer were selected as objects of study.The general demographic characteristics questionnaire,self-perciption burden scale(SPBS)and functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast(FACT-B)were used to investigate the corresponding indicators of patients.The factors influencing breast cancer patients'self-perceived burden and quality of life were analyzed and the correlation between them was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Result The scores of SPBS in patients with different education level,personal income status,family income status,treatment methods and medical payment methods of medical expenses were significantly different(P<0.05).And the scores of FACT-B in patients with different marital status,occupational status,education level,personal income status,family income status,treatment methods,the payment method of medical expenses and the caregiver were all significantly different(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of FACT-B and SPBS of patients with breast cancer was negatively correlated(r=-0.732,P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of education,personal income,family income,medical payment methods and treatment methods are co-factors on breast cancer patients'self-perceived burden and quality of life.The self-perceived burden and quality of life are negatively correlated,as the more self-perceived burden there is,the worse the quality of life will be,vice versa.
