吉林省部分县市中国林蛙长白山亚种形态特征和经济性状差异比较分析

Analysis and Comparison of the Morphological and Economic Characteristics Differences among Rana chensinensis changbaishanensis in Different Regions in Jilin Province

选取吉林省长白山附近的8个县市的成熟三龄中国林蛙,每个区域雌雄蛙各抽样20只,分别对雌蛙的体重、体长、后肢长、油重、卵重以及雄蛙的体重、体长、后肢长进行测定,通过数据分析比较中国林蛙长白山亚种各区域品系生物学上的差异,为中国林蛙长白山亚种的保护研究提供可靠依据。

In this study,three-year-old mature Rana chensinensis grown in eight regions near Changbai Mountains in Jilin Province were investigated.20 male frogs and 20 female frogs were randomly selected in each region.The body weight,body length,hindlimb length,oil weight,spawn weight of female frogs,and the body weight,body length,hindlimb length of male frogs were all measured.By analyzing and comparing the biological differences among the Rana chensinensis changbaishanensis in different regions near Changbai Mountains,this paper provides support and evidence for the protection of Rana chensinensis changbaishanensis.
