摘要 高校辅导员是高校思政工作开展的中坚力量,亦是大学生思想政治教育工作的领路人,自十九大召开后,对辅导员工作提出了更高的标准和要求。良好的校风建设、大学生的需求和辅导员自身队伍建设都需要亲和力,辅导员在日常管理工作中更应提升和创新教育理念、增强自身素养、注重角色转变、整合教育资源,打造思政亲和力品牌,才更有利于提高思政工作的实效性,更有利于发挥高校思想政治教育的育人合力。 College counselors are the backbone of the ideological work in colleges and universities,they are also the guide for college students’ideological and political education work,since the 19th Conference of CCP,counselors are facing new requirements and new hopes.Good school spirit construction,students’needs and the counselor team construction require affinity,in the daily management work,counselors should promote the innovation education idea,enhance their quality,pay attention to the role transformation,integrate education resources,and create brand affinity.They should improve the effectiveness of ideological work,be more conducive to carry out to the ideological and political education,become a firm educational resultant force.
