摘要
在当今高等教育以培养应用型、创新型人才为目标的大背景之下,应用型独立院校也纷纷实行导师制,因其自身的特点,本科生导师制人才培养模式有自身的特点。本文在研究了本科生导师制理论基础之上,研究了应用型独立院校本科生导师制人才培养模式的特点;并对其进行了调查研究,发现应用型独立院校在实行本科生导师制过程中取得了较大的成效,但仍存在一定的问题,旨在进一步推进本科生导师制的顺利进行。
Under the background that higher education aims at cultivating applied and innovative talents,applied independent colleges have implemented tutorial system one after another.Because of their own characteristics,the training mode of undergraduate tutorial system has its own characteristics.On the basis of studying the theory of undergraduate tutorial system,this paper studies the characteristics of the training mode of undergraduate tutorial system in applied independent colleges,and makes the investigation.It is found that applied independent colleges have made great achievements in the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system,but there are still some problems.The research on this subject aimed at further promoting the smooth progress of undergraduate tutorial system.
