摘要
起源于军事训练的拓展训练,以体验式学习、情景学习和团体学习为理论基础,已被高校作为素质教育的一种重要手段。目前我国高校主要有党团工作、体育教学、心理健康教育三种实施和管理形式。拓展训练对提高学生的综合素质、治疗和预防大学生心理问题有重要作用,可使学生心理素质、身体素质、社会适应能力都大大提高。素质拓展训练的大学生在解决困难问题时的自信心、与他人沟通能力、领导团队能力方面效果明显,对团队意识的建立有较大提升。同时,拓展训练还能有效加强大学生的自我概念和自我意识,提升和改善人际交往的能力。随着研究的深入,还会发现拓展训练的其他作用,因此,将拓展训练作为高校素质教育工作的一种手段和形式具有非常重要的现实意义。
Outward bound training originating from military training,which is based on experiential learning,situational learning and group learning,has been regarded as an important means of quality education in colleges and universities.At present,there are three main forms of implementation and management in colleges and universities in China:Party and League work,physical education and mental health education.Outward bound training plays an important role in improving students’comprehensive quality,curing and preventing students’psychological problems.It can greatly improve students’psychological quality,physical quality and social adaptability.The effect of quality development training on college students’self-confidence in solving difficult problems,communicating ability with others and leading team ability is obvious,which greatly improves the establishment of team consciousness.At the same time,outward bound training can effectively strengthen college students’self-concept and self-awareness,enhance and improve their interpersonal skills.With the deepening of research,we will find other functions of outward bound training.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to regard outward bound training as a means and form of quality education in colleges and universities.
