互联网+时代下,各大民办高校蓬勃发展,并逐渐成为高等教育的重要组成部分。但由于民办高等教育在我国起步较晚,所以民办高校无论是在办学理念方面,还是在教学实践方面,都存在着各种各样的问题。要想在激烈的市场竞争中得到长足发展,必须不断创新人才培养模式。通过对民办高校应用型人才培养创新研究进行详细探析,分析民办高校应用型人才培养存在的问题,并具体阐述应用型人才培养的创新实践。

Under the Internet+era,the major private universities are booming and are becoming an important part of higher education.However,due to the late start of private higher education in China,there are various problems in both concept of running schools and teaching practice of private higher education.In order to make great progress in the fierce market competition,we must constantly innovate the training mode of talents.Through a detailed analysis of the innovative research on applied talents training,this paper analyzes the problems existing in applied talents training in private colleges and universities,and expounds the innovative practice of applied talents training.
