摘要 以研究翻转课堂在肿瘤专科医院临床护理教学中的应用效果为目的,选取2016年与2017年在辽宁省肿瘤医院肝胆外科实习的62名学生作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各31人。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用翻转课堂教学法。让学生学会与他人合作完成工作,学会与患者进行深入沟通和交流[1]。结果:两组专科知识掌握评分和情绪评估量表评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。观察组教学评价优于对照组,并且沟通和交流能力也高于对照组,P <0. 05,具有统计学意义。结论:翻转课堂教学模式充分激发了学生的学习积极性。互相评价是翻转教学的一大亮点,将学生从被动评价转变为主动评价,促进了学习动机和态度的转变,有利于积极情绪的转变[2]。 To study the effect of flipped classroom in clinical nursing teaching in oncology hospital,62 students who were practicing in hepatobiliary surgery in Liaoning Cancer Hospital from 2016 to 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and research group,31 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method while the observation group adopted the flipped classroom teaching method.Let students learn to cooperate with others in completing their work,and learn to communicate with patients in depth and communicate with[1].There was no significant difference between two groups in the scores of mastery of specialized knowledge and emotional assessment scale(P>0.05).The teaching evaluation of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the communication ability of the observation group was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The flipped classroom teaching mode has fully stimulated students’learning enthusiasm.Mutual evaluation is a bright spot in flipped classroom teaching.It changes students from passive evaluation to active evaluation,promotes the change of learning motivation and attitude,and is conducive to the change of positive emotion[2].
