近年来,我国已将促进义务教育均衡发展纳入教育事业的重点。农村中小学教育作为我国义务教育的一大主体因受地域差异、师资力量、硬件设施、教育经费等多方面影响,其发展并不尽如人意。因此,各级地方政府、教育部门及广大基层教育工作者必须重视农村中小学教育的均衡发展,要对当前农村中小学教育均衡发展的主要任务有清晰的认识,并寻求促进农村中小学教育均衡发展的有效措施,从而使农村基础教育均衡发展。

In recent years,China has promoted the balanced development of compulsory education into the focus of education.Rural primary and secondary education as a major part of compulsory education in China due to geographical differences,teachers,hardware facilities,education funds and other aspects of the impact of its development is not satisfactory.Therefore,local governments at all levels,educational departments and grassroots educators must attach importance to the balanced development of rural primary and secondary education,have a clear understanding of the main tasks of balanced development of rural primary and secondary education,and seek effective measures to promote balanced development of rural primary and secondary education,so as to make balanced development rural basic education.
