被征地农民福利水平影响因素差异分析——基于Sen的可行能力理论和结构方程模型

Difference Anal ysis of Influential Factor of Landless Farmers Welfare: Based on Sen's Capability Approach and Structure Equation Model

基于Sen的可行能力理论构建被征地农民多维福利影响因子的分析框架,以天津市为例,运用结构方程模型验证功能性活动对福利的影响程度,并且识别功能性活动对不同被征地农民群体的重要性。研究表明:(1)在天津这样的经济发达地区,被征地农民福利最重要的不是经济状况和就业,而是情感、生活环境以及防护性保障;(2)在指标层,养老保险、集体提供就业、景观环境、生活支出和征地补偿满意度对福利更为重要;(3)按转换因素对被征地农民群体分组研究发现,老年人关心防护性保障和生活环境,青壮年更关注情感满意度和就业;功能性活动中生活环境、防护性保障和经济状况对抚养人数多的家庭福利影响更大,抚养人数少的家庭福利受就业影响更明显。

The article constructed analysis framework of influential factors of multidimensional benefits of landless farmers based on capability approach of Sen.As example of Tianjin,apply structural equation model to testify functioning's influential degree to welfare,and identify functioning's importance to different landless farmers.The study indicated that:(1)in economic developed area like Tianjin,the most important thing to landless farmers welfare was not economic status and employment,but emotion,life environment and protective guarantee;(2)as to standard,endowment insurance,collective provides job,scenery environment,life expense and land expropriation compensation satisfaction were more important to welfare;(3)through dividing groups to landless farmers according to transforming principle,it found that,elders concern protective guarantee and life environment,youngsters pay more attention to emotional satisfaction and employment;as to functioning,life environment,protective guarantee and economic status had larger effect to family welfare of many fosters,the family welfare of less fosters would be affected by employment obviously.Relevant suggestions were finally put forward.
