摘要
环氧树脂基混凝土具有高强度、高耐腐蚀性、高耐久性、高抗渗性、养护周期短等优点,在工程上有越来越多的应用。微波固化是加速环氧树脂基混凝土固化的有效途径,本文介绍了树脂基混凝土的发展历程,微波固化环氧树脂的原理、方法以及改善措施。在快速固化的基础上提出了提高环氧树脂混凝土与待修补混凝土界面结合性以及防水性能的方法,可为获得综合性能优异、适用范围广泛的新型环氧树脂混凝土的开发提供一定的参考。
The epoxy resin-based concrete has the advantages of high strength,high corrosion resistance,high durability,high impermeability and short curing period,and has more and more applications in engineering.Microwave curing is an effective way to accelerate the curing of epoxy resin-based concrete.This paper introduces the development of resin-based concrete,as well as the principles,methods and improvement measures of microwave curing of epoxy resin.On the basis of rapid curing,a method to improve the interfacial bonding and waterproof performance between epoxy resin concrete and concrete to be repaired is proposed,which can provide a certain reference for the development of new epoxy resin concrete with excellent comprehensive performance and wide application range.
