摘要
电致伸缩材料因其优异的性能在智能机器人、航空航天、光学系统、微电子和生物传感领域具有重要的作用。目前,研究较多的电致伸缩材料有弛豫铁电体、介电弹性体和导电聚合物等三类。本研究概述了上述三类材料的最新研究进展,指出其各自优势及存在的不足,并根据存在的问题提出展望,以期加快该类材料的发展与应用。
Electrostrictive materials play an important role in intelligent robots,aerospace,optical systems,microelectronics and biosensing due to their excellent performance.At present,there are three kinds of electrostrictive materials studied more,they are relaxor ferroelectrics,dielectric elastomers and conductive polymers.This study summarizes the latest research progress of the above three kinds of materials,points out their respective advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward prospects according to the existing problems,hoping to speed up the development and application of these materials.
