摘要
高分子骨架网络不仅维持生命形态,保持内部结构的有序性上起重要作用,而且在物质运输、能量转换、信息传递等生命活动中扮演着重要的角色。本文以细胞骨架为例,从细胞内高分子骨架的组成成分与空间特征出发,简要介绍高分子骨架的特征动力学行为,并总结近年来针对高分子骨架所建立的物理模型,最后对高分子骨架的研究进行了展望,提出了若干需要解决的关键问题。
Polymer skeleton network not only takes an important effect in maintaining life form and the order of internal structure,but also plays an important role in life activities such as material transportation,energy conversion and information transmission.Taking cytoskeleton as an example,starting from the composition and spatial characteristics of intracellular polymer skeleton,this paper briefly introduces the characteristic dynamics behavior of polymer skeleton,summarizes the physical models established for polymer skeleton in recent years,and finally looks forward to the research of polymer skeleton,and puts forward some key problems that need to be solved.
