摘要
目的:采用气相分子吸收光谱法对废水中的氨氮进行测定。方法:完成软件的准备工作并清洗完毕后,将待测样品放入仪器中,待测。结果:废水处理装置进口、出口浓度分别为1.1760mg/L、0.1806mg/L,回收率分别为99.54%、99.58%,标准偏差分别为0.4480%、0.6740%。结论:该实验方法快捷、简便、具有良好的准确度和精密度。相对于纳氏试剂法而言,具有更高的自动化程度与更快的测定速度等优势。
Objective:To determine ammonia nitrogen in wastewater by gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry.Methods:After completing the software preparation and cleaning,put the sample into the instrument for testing.Results:The concentration at the inlet and outlet of the wastewater treatment plant were 1.1760mg/L and 0.1806mg/L respectively,the recovery rates were 99.54%and 99.58%respectively,and the standard deviations were 0.4480%and 0.6740%respectively.Conclusion:The experimental method is fast,simple,and has good accuracy and precision.Compared with Nessler's reagent method,it has the advantages of higher automation and faster determination speed.
