矿井中央石门底鼓控制技术研究

摘要 文中为了解决矿井中央石门围岩变形严重,以巷道围岩变形特性及围岩物理特性为基础,对巷道支护进行优化,确定采用"圆形巷道断面+锚网+喷浇筑砼+36U型圆棚"联合支护方式。并对支护效果进行考察,结果表明:采用新型耦合支护技术后,中央石门100m范围内没有发生底鼓,而且围岩变形量也小,大大增强了中央石门的稳定性。 In order to solve the serious deformation of surrounding rock in the mine central cross-cut,based on the deformation characteristics and the physical characteristics of surrounding rock,the roadway support is optimized and the the combined support mode of"round roadway section+anchor net+shotcrete+36U-shaped round shed"is adopted,and the supporting effect was also investigated.The results show that there is no floor heave occurred within 100 m of the central cross-cut and the surrounding rock deformation was smaller after adopting the new coupling support technology,which greatly enhancing the stability of the central cross-cut.
