摘要
我国由于工业排放造成的水污染问题非常严重,其中造纸废水在其中占有很大的比例,所以造纸废水的处理一直是造纸工业和环保界的研究重点。虽然近年来为实现环境保护和资源利用的可持续发展,造纸行业在技术上做出了积极的革新,采用再生纸制造纸张,产生的污水比传统造纸工艺少,但是对环境的破坏性和压力仍然不容忽视。在最近的几年中通过科研技术人员的工作,在造纸废水的治理上取得一定的成果与经验。絮凝沉淀法作为一种成本较低的水处理方法已经被一些企业采用。本文采用四川某造纸厂再生纸造纸废水,选用质量浓度均为5%的聚铝、聚铁、Al2(SO4)3等絮凝剂,通过试验对比,确定了最佳絮凝剂品种、助凝剂品种及使用量。
The problem of water pollution caused by industrial discharge is very serious in our country,in which papermaking wastewater accounts for a large proportion,so the treatment of papermaking wastewater has always been the focus of research in the papermaking industry and environmental protection circles.In recent years,although the papermaking industry has made positive technological innovations such as using recycled paper to make paper and producing less sewage than the traditional paper making process,so as to achieve sustainable development of environmental protection and resource utilization,the damage and pressure on the environment still can’t be ignored.In recent years,through the work of scientific and technical personnel,certain achievements and experience have been achieved in the treatment of papermaking wastewater.As a low-cost water treatment method,flocculant precipitation method has been adopted by some enterprises.This paper adopted the reclaimed paper papermaking wastewater from a paper mill in Sichuan,and selected the flocculant such as polyaluminum,polyferric iron and Al2(SO4)3with a mass concentration of 5%.The best flocculant variety,coagulant aid variety and usage amount were determined through test comparison.
