合成烷基糖苷柠檬酸酯催化剂的制备研究

摘要 针对直接法合成烷基糖苷柠檬酸酯的产品特性,对合成反应所需催化剂的基本要求进行了探讨,筛选出了符合要求的三种物质,按照一定的配比组成复合催化剂。对应用不同配比的复合催化剂所得反应产物进行红外图谱、反应物残留、色度、刺激性分析,得到最优的复合催化剂配比。该复合催化剂,辅以特定的工艺、设备条件,具有优异的催化效果。 According to the product characteristics of the direct synthesis of alkyl glucoside citrate,the basic requirements of the catalyst for the synthesis reaction were discussed,and three kinds of materials meeting the requirements were screened out to form a composite catalyst according to a certain proportion.The reaction products obtained by using composite catalysts with different ratios were analyzed by infrared spectrum,reactant residue,chromaticity and irritation,we obtained the optimal ratio of composite catalysts.The composite catalyst has excellent catalytic effect assisted by specific process and equipment conditions.
