摘要 以95%乙醇为溶剂,80℃下,醛、1-苄基-2,4-二氧代吡咯烷-3-羧酸乙酯与3,4-(亚甲二氧基)苯胺发生三组分反应,生成吡咯并[3,4-b]喹啉-1-酮化合物。该反应步骤较少,后处理简单,副产物少,产率较高。 Pyrrolo[3,4-b]quinolin-1-one derivatives were successfully synthesized through a one-pot three-component system consisting of 1-benzyl-2,4-dioxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester,aldehyde and 3,4-(methylenedioxy)aniline in EtOH at 80 oC.This protocol featured high step-economy,simplicity of workup,few by-products and good yields.
