摘要
将Moldflow用于聚合物熔体注塑成型实验教学,可以更好的解释聚合物熔体成型过程。实现了流动过程中的温度分布、剪切速率分布、压力分布。通过正交实验进行工艺参数优化,得到了最佳填充率。
Moldflow can be used in polymer melt injection molding experiment teaching to better explain the polymer melt molding process.The temperature distribution,shear rate distribution and pressure distribution in the flow process were achieved.The best filling rate was obtained through orthogonal experiment.
