摘要
本文基于线上对外汉语教学师资培训微课的实践,讨论了师资培训微课的特点、优势及挑战,并着重从程序性知识培养的角度对如何开发更加有效的师资培训微课进行了思考。
Based on the practice of online TCSL-teacher-training micro-lessons,this article discusses the characteristics,advantages of and challenges facing teacher-training micro-lessons,and then puts forward some ideas on how to develop more effective teacher-training micro-lessons from the perspective of the procedural knowledge developing.
