摘要
中年教师是师资队伍的重要组成部分。受工作压力、职称评聘、个人观念等因素影响,中年教师出现较为严重的职业倦怠感。文章运用ABC理论,聚焦造成中年教师职业倦怠的直接原因,并提出通过名师引领、实证教研、同伴互助,帮助中年教师建立正确的观念,培养正向的、健康的情绪,促进其专业再发展。
Middle-aged teachers are an important part of the faculty.Affected by work pressure,professional ranks and titles,personal outlook and other factors,middle-aged teachers have a serious sense of job burnout.Using ABC theory to focus on the direct causes of middle-aged teachers'job burnout,we can help middle-aged teachers to establish correct outlook and cultivate positive and healthy emotions through master-teachers'guidance,empirical teaching and research and peer support so as to promote their professional re-development.
