摘要
"一带一路"是"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的简称,在2013年由中国国家主席习近平提出,如今"一带一路"倡议的提出已有五年,在倡议全面落地的进程中美食扮演着至关重要的作用,美食连接了沿线国家间的历史、旅游、文化、贸易等。随着我国居民生活水平的提高,颇有自主性的自驾游模式越来越受到欢迎,在异国他乡的自驾游更是别有韵味,而自驾游目的地国家的美食是游客选择的重要要素之一,本文以"一带"上的土耳其和"一路"上的印度为例,介绍两国美食文化,为游客了解这两个国家的美食和为选择自驾游目的地提供参考。
“The Belt and Road”is short for the“Silk Road”and the“Maritime Silk Road in the 21st Century”,which was proposed by President Xi Jinping in 2013.In the process of full implementation of the initiative,food plays a vital role in connecting history,tourism,culture and trade among the countries along the belt and road.With the improvement of the living standards of Chinese residents,the self driving tour mode is more and more popular,the self-driving tour in foreign countries has a special charm,and the delicious food in the destination country is one of the important factors for tourists to choose.This paper takes Turkey in the belt and India on the road as an example to introduce the food culture of the two countries,so as to provide tourists with a better understanding of the food of these two countries and a reference for choosing self-driving travel destinations.
