摘要
加拿大全科医师能力框架(CanMEDS-FM)是一种评价岗位胜任力的全科医师能力标准。本文对CanMEDS-FM的主要内容进行了介绍,并将其与国际国内的全科医师能力标准进行比较,以期为我国全科医师能力标准的制定和全科医师的培养提供有益的借鉴。
The Canada General Practitioners Competency Framework(CanMEDS-FM)is a competency-based standard for general practitioners.This paper introduces the main contents of CanMEDS-FM and compares it with the international and domestic general practitioners competence standards,with a view to providing a useful reference for the formulation of the national general practitioners competence standards and the training of general physician.
