摘要
随着现代医学模式的转变以及患者对医疗服务水平的更高要求,使得人文关怀在围术期中占据重要地位,如今,人们已不再满足于麻醉仅仅与手术相伴,而是更多期盼整个围术期都能够在无痛中完成,乃至精神层面上也要有尊严。但根据我国医疗现状,麻醉医生数量少,工作负荷重以及对人文关怀重视度不够等原因,麻醉医生常常忽视了对患者心理上的关怀。围术期患者之家和舒适化医疗理念的提出,使麻醉医生再次担负起重大使命。
With the change of modern medical model and the higher requirements of patients for medical service, humanistic care plays an important role in the perioperative period. Nowadays, patients are no longer satisfied with have no pain during the surgery, but hope the entire perioperative period can be completed without pain, even dignity at the spiritual level.However, according to the medical status quo in China, due to fewer anesthesiologists, heavy workload and lack of attention to the humanistic care, anesthesiologists often ignore the psychological care of patients. With the concept of perioperative surgical home and comfortable medicine require put forward,making the anesthesiologists take on a major mission again.
