肿瘤标志物(TM)是指在恶性肿瘤发生和增殖过程中,肿瘤细胞的相关基因表达或机体对肿瘤细胞产生反应而发生异常变化的一类物质。TM对早期发现和诊断肿瘤及判断预后均有十分重要的意义。随着生物学技术的发展,TM检测及应用已进入分子及基因水平阶段。本文旨在对临床常见的及其新型的肿瘤标志物进行综述和介绍,为肿瘤标志物的临床应用和深入研究提供参考。

Tumor marker (TM) is a group of substances that abnormally change due to the related gene expression of tumor cells or the body's response to tumors in the course of the occurrence and proliferation of malignant tumors. TM is very important to early detect and diagnose and judge prognosis of tumors. With the development of biological technology, TM detection and application have entered the molecular and gene level stages. This article aims to review and introduce common and novel tumor markers in clinical application, to provide reference for the clinical application and in-depth study of tumor markers.
