目的总结并分析辽宁省国产非特殊用途化妆品网上备案情况,为化妆品监管工作提供建议。方法对2014年7月至2018年9月国产非特殊用途化妆品网上备案申请情况进行统计,总结备案审核中发现的主要问题。结果辽宁省内化妆品地域分布不均衡,申报备案产品在名称、配方、标签等方面存在较多问题。结论企业应提升责任主体意识,监管部门应注重帮促结合,并加强备案后检查,共同促进辽宁省化妆品行业健康快速发展。

Objective Summarize and analyze the online filing situation of domestic non-special use cosmetics in Liaoning prov.ince,and provide suggestions for the supervision of cosmetics.Methods The numbers of cosmetics applied and approved in the online filing system from July2014to September2018were col.lected,the main problems found during evaluation were summa.rized.Results The geographical distribution of cosmetics in Liaon.ing province is uneven,and there are many problems in terms of name,formula and label.Conclusion Enterprises should raise their sense of responsibility,and the regulatory authorities should focus on promoting integration,and strengthen post-filing inspection to jointly promote the healthy and rapid development of the cosmet.ics industry in Liaoning Province.
