职业技术师范院校教师教育课程体系构建研究

职业技术师范院校是专门为中等职业学校培养合格师资而设立的本科师范院校,按照国家《教师教育课程标准(试行)》《中等职业学校教师专业标准(试行)》《教师教育振兴行动计划(2018-2022年)》等文件的要求,职业技术师范院校应有计划地改进和完善教师教育课程,构建教师教育课程体系,提高师范生的教育教学水平和能力,满足国家对职前教师的培养要求以及中等职业学校的用人需求。

According to governmental documents like The Curriculum for Teacher Education(Trial),Professional Standard for Secondary Vocational School Teachers(Trial)and Action Plan for the Revitalization of Teacher Education,a vocational normal university,aiming to offer qualified teachers to secondary vocational schools,should make plans to improve and perfect the courses for teacher education,establish a teacher education program,promote students'teaching and educational capabilities as a teacher to satisfy the demands of both government and target employers.
