随着全球经济的发展,国内外商务活动频繁,对商务英语人才的需求越来越多,作为培养商务英语人才的商务英语教师的专业化发展变得尤其重要。教师专业化发展的程度直接影响应用型本科院校转型质量。商务英语教师应转变传统观念,树立终身学习的信念,明确专业化发展的目标,积极运用各种教学方法,努力提高自己的教学能力及专业素养,以自身的专业化发展促进人才培养质量提升。

It is of greater importance for teachers of business English to develop professional qualities because of the growing demands over business English talents as a result of frequent business activities at home and abroad in global economic development.Since teachers'professional development determines how universities are reoriented to application,teachers of business English should replace traditional educational ideas with a belief of lifelong learning,set a clear goal for their professional development,employ various teaching methods and improve their own teaching competence and academic qualities to promote the quality of talent cultivation through their own professional development.
