摘要
基于CFD(计算流体动力学)方法,运用FLUENT数值模拟软件对人字形板式换热器板片的导流区及换热区进行数值模拟。建立由两组不同几何参数板片组成的导流区、换热区的内流体模型。分析模型内流场速度、温度、压强分布情况,探究两组模型在弧半径相同条件下,不同倾角及峰间距对人字板型换热器换热性能的影响。研究结果表明,当弧半径为R=140mm时,倾角φ=32°峰间距h=18 mm的人字形板片相对于倾角φ=30°峰间距h=20mm的人字形板片具有较好的换热性能。
Two internal fluid models were formulated for the diversion zone and heat exchage zone of a herringbone plate heat exchanger with different geometric parameters simulated with FLUENT,a numerical simulating software,on the basis of CFD(computational fluid dynamic).Afterwards,a study was made on the effects of the two models upon the performance of the exchanger at different inclination and peak intervals with the same arc radius.The result shows that the herringbone plate exchanger with inclination at32°and peak interval at18mm is better than that with inclination at30°and peak interval at20mm when the arc radius is140mm.
