质量提升,标准先行。从"车同轨、书同文"的智慧到"全心全意为人民服务"的理念,再到"打造一座有温度的博物馆"的目标,北京汽车博物馆在博物馆行业中率先创建服务标准化体系,在历时六年的过程中,用实践验证了"标准是个好东西",坚持并倡导"依标准治馆"。
Standardization is for quality improvement.In the past six years,Beijing Auto Museum has taken the lead among Chinese museums to establish the service standardization system along its exploration of illustrating the ancient Chinese wisdom of "standardizing vehicles,tracks",the promise of "serving the people wholeheartedly",and the vision of "building a people-centered museum".It hasbeen testified that the value of standardization in practice and has been advocating and practicing standardized museum operations as always.
