运用故事法培养小学生利他行为的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Cultivation of Pupils' Altruistic Behavior by Story-telling

利他行为是亲社会行为的一种,它是以助人为目的,不期望以后报答而出自于自觉自愿的助人行为,利他行为有助于小学生形成良好的人际关系,提高其心理健康水平,对小学生的成长有重要意义。小学阶段是人一生中社会性发展的关键阶段,利他行为的培养对小学生身心健康发展非常重要。故事法是运用读故事或者讲故事的方式来进行心理健康教育的方法。研究把故事法引入小学生利他行为培养的研究中,通过实验研究发现,故事法是一种能够促进小学生利他行为的有效方法。

Altruistic behavior,a kind of prosocial behavior,is aimed at helping others voluntarily without anything in return,which can contribute to pupils’establishment of good interpersonal relationships,improvement of mental health,and healthy growth.The cultivation of altruistic behavior is very important for the healthy development of children to be in a key stage of social development in life.This article conducted an empirical study of the story-reading or telling approach toward the nurture of children’s altruistic behavior.It found that the story-telling method is an effective way to cultivating children’s altruistic behavior.
