摘要
理性建构德育理论是当代美国六种主要德育理论之一。该理论的代表人物为詹姆斯谢弗和威廉姆斯特朗,他们的理论主旨认为价值观是教师做出道德决定的理性基础,他们力图帮助教师建构此基础,为其实施德育提供指导;其基本思想是澄清价值概念、对价值观分类、理解价值冲突和把握民主社会之本质是教师理性建构的主要内容;其实践框架主要包括价值识别、价值澄清、价值分析和价值决定与形成。笔者认为该理论视角新颖,诸多观点对于我们思考德育问题具有启发意义,同时指出应注意其明显局限与异域特性。
The rational-building mode,one of the six major contemporary American moral theories represented by James Shaver and William Strong,purports that values are rational bases for teachers to make moral decisions,and to be built so as to provide guidance for the implementation of moral education.It aims to clarify the concept of value,value classification,value conflict comprehension and essence of democratic society,as main contents of teachers'rational-building to be framed within the practice of value identification,value clarification,value analysis and value determination and formation.The author holds that the fresh theoretical perspective has enlightening implications for us to consider the moral education while concerning its obvious limitations and exotic characteristics.
