摘要
基于粤港澳大湾区的概念和区域特殊性,回顾三地自改革开放以来"伙伴关系"的嬗变历程,指出目前珠三角与港澳的协同关系遭遇的挑战及其背后的制度瓶颈,并提出从"伙伴"走向"合伙人"的粤港澳大湾区城市群区域关系的重构方向与合作路径。
Based on the concept and regional particularity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area,this paper reviews the evolution of the“partnership”since the reform and opening-up of the three regions,and points out the challenges and the institutional bottlenecks behind the cooperation relationship between the Pearl River Delta,Hong Kong and Macao.It describes their relationship from“friends”to“partners”,which is the reconstruction and cooperative path for this region.
