The Promotion of Service Management of Floating Population and Its Future Development since the reform and Opening-up

以相关政策法规出台和重要事件发生为时间脉络,对改革开放40年来广州市流动人口服务管理理念与思路、机构调整与队伍建设、技术手段与管理方式、服务管理内容等的演变过程进行梳理。针对当前广州市流动人口现状及新发展形势,从4个方面提出未来广州流动人口服务管理思路及建议。

Taking the introduction of relevant policies and regulations and the occurrence of important events as the time frame,this paper sorts out the evolution process of service management concepts and ideas,institutional adjustment and team building,technical means and management methods,and service management contents of floating population in Guangzhou in the past 40 years of reform and opening-up.In view of the current situation and new development situation,this paper puts forward the ideas and suggestions on the service management of the floating population in Guangzhou in the future from four aspects.
