门诊健康教育对小儿桡骨小头半脱位再脱位的影响

Effect of Outpatient Health Education on the Re Dislocation of Radial Head Subluxation in Children

目的探究门诊健康教育对小儿桡骨小头半脱位再脱位的影响。方法选取2015年1月～2017年1月本院门诊接收的小儿桡骨小头半脱位患儿70例。随机分为两组,观察组35例,对照组35例。观察组在接受门诊健康教育后进行手法复位,对照组进行手法复位,比较分析两组患儿的治疗总有效率、治疗的总依从率以及治疗后的复发率,分析门诊健康教育对小儿桡骨小头半脱位再脱位的影响以及其临床价值。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率和总依从度显著优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组患儿在治疗后的再脱位的复发率显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对小儿桡骨小头半脱位患儿进行门诊健康教育可有效提升治疗效果和治疗依从率,降低治疗后的复发率。门诊健康教育具有较高临床价值。

Objective To explore the effect of outpatient health education on the subluxation and re dislocation of the small head of the radius in children.Methods 70 children with radial head subluxation in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were equally divided into two groups,each group was 35 cases.The observation group underwent outpatient health education after the manual reduction therapy,the control group directly manipulated reduction therapy.The total effective rate,the total compliance rate of the two groups and the recurrence rate after treatment were compared and analyzed.The influence of outpatient health education on children's radial head subluxation and the clinical value were analyzed.Results The total effective rate and total compliance of the children in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05),the patients in the observation group after treatment and the recurrence rate of dislocation was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education of children with small head and subluxation of radial head can effectively improve the treatment effect and treatment compliance rate,and reduce the recurrence rate after treatment.Health education in outpatient clinic is of high clinical value.
