早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活能力的影响

Influence of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in the Limb Function and Living Ability for Post-stroke Hemiplegia Patients

目的探讨早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活能力的影响。方法以本院2016年1月～2017年10月间接收的65例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行研究,均采取早期康复护理手段,观察患者护理后肢体功能恢复及生活能力的变化。结果护理后患者FMA评分、Brunel平衡量表、10m步行测试以及SS-QOL评分均较护理前有明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。另外通过口头询问的方式调查患者满意度,患者对此次康复护理措施均表示满意。结论早期康复护理的实施有助于改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能,提高其日常生活能力,值得在临床应用。

Objective To discuss the influence of early rehabilitation nursing in the limb function and living ability for post-stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods 65 post-stroke hemiplegia patients treated from January 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected. All the patients received the early rehabilitation nursing. The limb function recovery and living ability conditions were probed. Results After intervention, the FMA(Fugl-Meyer assessment) scores, Brunel Balance Assessment, 10 meters walk test and SS-QOL(stroke-specific quality of life) scores were better than before, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05); through the oral review, all the patients were satisfactory. Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing is good to improve the limb function and living ability. It is worthy of clinical application.
