摘要 设计了一种舰员落水快速报警和定位装置。该装置采用基于多普勒测向和信号强度SSOA测距原理来实现定位,采用落水电极触发感应来实现报警。对装置的工作原理、硬件组成、软件设计和算法进行叙述,经多次海上试验证明,装置简单实用,安全可靠,可用于水面舰艇落水舰员的快速救援,是舰艇防救装备的重要补充,能够提高舰员生存能力和舰艇救援效率。 A rapid alarm and positioning device for the crew′s falling water was designed,in which the principles of Doppler direction finding and signal intensity SSOA ranging is adopted to achieve positioning,using the falling water electrode to trigger the alarm.The working principle of the device the hardware composition,software design and algorithm were described.Results of sea trials showed that the device is simple,practical,safe and reliable.It can be used for the rapid rescue of surface ship crew,which is an important supplement to ship rescue equipment to improve the crew’s viability and rescue efficiency of ships.
