一种船用中空纤维富氧膜的试验

摘要 应用相转化法及硅橡胶涂覆法制备一种聚砜(PSF)中空纤维富氧膜。研究铸膜液中非溶剂的含量和芯液组成对中空纤维富氧膜微结构及透气量的影响,结果表明,随着非溶剂二甘醇(DEG)含量的增加,PSF中空纤维膜内指状孔变长且更为均匀,而中间海绵体层逐渐变薄。使用纯N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)或含少量水的NMP溶液作芯液,可制得单一皮层和单指状开口多孔层的高度非对称结构、高透气量PSF中空纤维富氧膜。 Polysulfone(PSF)hollow fiber oxygen-enriched membranes were prepared by the dry-wet phase inversion technique and coated with PDMS.The effects of non-solvent like diethylene glycol(DEG)on the membrane structure and permeability were investigated by changing the DEG concentrations in the dope solution.It was shown that as the DEG concentration increases,the finger-like pores of the membranes on the inner and the outer surface sides becomes longer and more uniform while the thickness of the central sponge layer is gradually reduced.By using pure NMP or the NMP solution with low water content as the bore liquid solution,the PSF hollow fiber membranes with a highly asymmetric structure consisting of a single skin layer and an open finger-like porous layer and high permeability can be obtained.
