水利风景区发展与乡村振兴——以崇义县客家梯田水利风景区为例

Development of water scenery and rural revitalization:a case study of Hakka Terrace in Chongyi County

水利风景区在改善人居环境、弘扬地方文化、促进产业发展、助推扶贫攻坚等方面发挥着巨大的作用,成为乡村振兴战略的重要抓手。但景区在建设与管理过程中存在建设资金投入短缺、基础配套设施不完善、文化保护力度不够、专业人才缺乏等问题。为此,建议紧密结合乡村振兴战略,强抓特色产业,坚持绿色开发,创新管理体系,发展乡村旅游,带动农民致富。崇义县客家梯田水利风景区的发展历程表明,水利风景区的快速发展将为农业结构升级、农村社会和谐、农民生活富裕、新时代乡村振兴作出新的贡献。

Water scenery plays an important role in improving the living environment,carrying forward local culture,promoting industrial development,helping to alleviate poverty,and it becomes an important strategy of rural revitalization.In the process of water scenery construction and management,there are problems such as shortage of construction funds,imperfect basic facilities,insufficient cultural protection,lack of professionals,etc.In rural revitalization we should strengthen the development of characteristic industries such as promoting industrial prosperity,adhering to green development to achieve ecological livability,tapping local culture to promote local civilization,innovating management system and strengthening legal protection,developing rural tourism,and promoting the farmersT financial status.The development process of Hakka terrace water scenery in Chongyi suggests that the rapid development of water scenery will make new contributions to the promotion of agricultural stnxcture upgrading,the harmonious society in rural areas,the rich life of farmers and the promotion of rural revitalization in the new era.
