摘要
以直冷冰箱门封传质为切入点,利用示踪式气体法原理,建立试验系统,分析试验数据.在开机、停机及四角密封状态下,对冷藏室门封传质的试验数据分别用积分法和直线法进行理论计算,结果表明:二者计算结果的误差范围在0.29%~0.87%;开机状态下,宽门封单位长度传质比一般门封传质少10.5%,停机状态下少7%;开机状态下,四角处密封后单位长度门封传质比例减小到正常的78.3%;具有内门封冷冻室在开机状态下比无内门封冷冻室减少1.6%的传质.
A experimental system was set up to research the mass transfer through refrigerator door seal,Analyses were conducted on the raw data.Tracer gas method was used in the experiment.It can be found that the results as follows:According to the principle of tracer gas method,the integral method and straight line method were adopted to make the theory calculate of mass transfer through the direct-cooled refrigerator chamber door seal respectively.The relatively deviation of the two results is from0.29%~0.87%.When power is on,the air leakage of the wider and normal refrigerator door seal was measured respectively,air leakage of the wider door seal is10.5%smaller than the normal.When power is off,it is7%.Air leakage of the door seal with the four corners are sealed particularly is78.3%of the normal with the power is on.Air leakage of the freezer chamber door seal with the inner gasket is only1.6%smaller than the normal.
