摘要
为解决拖船艏部托架在推动大船时极易出现的结构变形失效问题,针对托架原始结构缺陷,提出一种新型托架结构。通过有限元分析得到新型托架结构和原始托架结构的应力水平和分布。经分析比较,确定相对较优的托架结构。结果表明:新型托架的建造工艺得以改进;新型托架结构为一个有机整体,可以有效分散碰撞力;托架前端应力集中现象明显好转,满足结构强度的要求。此结构可为港作拖船艏部托架的结构设计提供新的思路。
In order to solve the structural deformation and failure problem of bow bracket of a tug which is easy to occur when it pushes a large ship,aiming at the defects of the original structure of the bracket,a new bracket structure is proposed.The stress level and distribution of the new bracket structure and the original bracket structure are obtained through the finite element analysis.The better bracket structure is determined through analysis and comparison.The results show that:the construction technique of the new bracket is improved;the new bracket structure is an organic entity,which can effectively disperse the collision force;the stress concentration phenomenon in the front of the bracket is obviously improved to meet the requirements of structural strength.It can provide a new idea for structural design of bow bracket of port tugs.
