摘要
本研究采用现场检查、环保档案核查以及必要的污染排放监测相结合的方式进行调查,分析现阶段南京市医药工业企业环保工作需要改进之处,就下阶段南京市医药工业企业污染防治分级管理和环境保护主管部门污染防治工作重点,提出对策建议。其间对11个子行业单位企业排放的废水中化学需氧量、氨氮排放量进行核算,结果表明,涉及化学药品原料药制造、化学药品制剂制造的单位企业废水常规污染物排放量较大。
This study uses a combination of on-site inspection,environmental protection file verification and necessary pollution discharge monitoring to analyze the needs of the environmental protection work of Nanjing pharmaceutical industry enterprises.In the next stage,Nanjing municipal pharmaceutical industrial enterprises'pollution prevention and control management and environmental protection authorities'pollution prevention work priorities are proposed.In the meantime,the chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen emissions in the wastewater discharged by11sub-industry units were accounted for.The results show that the discharge of conventional pollutants from wastewater of unit enterprises involved in the manufacture of chemical raw materials and chemical preparations is relatively large.
